Built around an existing ox shed, the project develops from the existing terraced cultivated landscape. The private areas are dug into the vertical walls of the terrace behind the sun screened public areas around the pool. The idea is to create a perfectly comfortable viewing position towards the truly archaic Mediterranean valley of central Mallorca.
